Apple Property Connection opened its doors in Oct 2012. Petro Sciocatti; the founder of Apple Property Connection saw a gap in the real estate market which is different to the approach that other Estate Agencies take.
Petro has been involved in all fragments of the market for the last 35 years with numerous accolades from the IEASA and the EAAB. Petro sees Apple as her new goal; to establish a new trend and outlook towards the property industry. She has vision, vibe and a modern view on real estate.
The main vision and mission of Apple Property Connection is to respect all people and treat them in a professional way-from their admin staff, agents or clients to anyone we deal with. Apple Property Connection is a firm that is filled to the brim with the top experienced agents that provide a holistic service of excellence conducted in a professional manner with that special personal touch to clients. Apple has 30 of the top experienced and qualified agents as part of their team all of whom are:

Apple Property Connection is different from the other well-known Real Estate agencies/brands because agents have the right to negotiate their own commission structure regarding transactions and are not penalised by the firm if they don’t make the firms recommended commission. This is beneficial to agents and clients mutually.
Another difference is that the agents have the opportunity to use Apple Property Connection as an umbrella and a name but conduct their own business in their own different areas; they do however have to comply under the rules and ethos of the Apple Property Connection brand.
Apple also believes in a professional image with a specialised office structure that offers support, communication and a modern view on the Real Estate Industry; agents are given the freedom to work from home or the office where each agent is allocated a workstation.
